Box of 15 400mm tiles (THATS LESS THAN $7 EACH!). The instant DIY Ribbed Grid floor tiles can be used in your garage, gym, car podium display or outdoor area.
Each tile is 400mm x 400mm x 18mm.
Note these are not made from cheap, aged, recycled materials. They are built with the best raw materials treated for UV and anti-ageing properties using a 4 point injection mold for optimum strength. They have a built-in tolerance for heat expansion suitable for the Australian market.
Create your design using one or more tile colours.
A typical two-car garage is slightly less than the 6m x 6m which is 36 sq M so approx 225 tiles (convert to box count) plus 15 edging tiles plus a few spares for the wall line would be required.
Example of doing accurate counts:
Measure your space width and depth in meters, eg 5.7M Wide x 6M Depth which equals 34.2 sq meters.
Each Tile is .4M x .4M so divide .4 into your measures and round up.
The width of 5.7 divided by .4 = 14.25 so use 15 Tiles across the width.
The depth is 6.0M divided by .4 = 15.0 so use 15 Tiles down.
Multiply the 2 answers 15 x 15 = 225 Tiles required.
Divide 225 by 15 tiles per box = 15 boxes so round up if necessary
If you want a thin sloping edge at the front of the garage they are also .4m wide so you will need those and in this case, you need 15 across the width.
In this example, you will then order 15 boxes of tiles and 15 edge tiles with lugs.
